Paul has been a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson as well as sales manager and business owner for 19 years in the manufacturing field, prior to forming the NJ Estates Real Estate Group of Weichert Realtors. Paul, as an expert and specialist in the area of land and new construction, is unequaled in this field. Along with our designers, builders, architects and engineers, he is always available to assist with the design and layout of the building and the use of the land.

A full time Land & New Home Sales Representative since 1982, Paul takes great pride in providing high quality service to his customers. He is a professional that will go the extra mile to the benefit of all the clients of the NJ Real Estate Group. Lourdes Cruz

Lourdes is a resident of Union County, she is married and is the proud mother of a baby girl. Lourdes worked with Paul Stillwaggon from 2002 to 2006 as his the executive assistant. From 2006 to 2010 she continued to work in real estate performing administrative duties and managing marketing and advertising.

A licensed NJ real estate agent since 2007, Lourdes happily rejoined the NJ Estates Real Estate Group in May 2010. Her real estate knowledge and her background in marketing and advertising make her a true asset for the group.

Geri Smith

Prior to real estate, Geri Smith served as a public high school administrator. A realtor of more than 20 years, Geri is a broker/sales associate who has a strong base of knowledge gained through a myriad of real estate experiences and one who will guarantee results. Her realtor staging certification enables her re-sales to put their “best foot-forward.”

A relocation specialist, she helps transition families to their new situation and area. A member of Weichert’s Executive Club as well as NJ Circle of Excellence Sales Awards, Geri maintains complete confidentiality and integrity in the management of clients personal, financial, and real estate needs.
